Gag_Sag we do have a thread here for Strength Training (in general) you can post there. Just share how it was, what was the hardest to do, anything you want to share.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Sorry one of my other teams have also done this challenge and I am opting out of both. I am already working on getting in a full body strength training routine every other day 3-4 times per week. And these are not in the current program so I don't want to mess with a good thing as pushups tend to bother my shoulder.

We should try to do these at least every other day if not daily. It is important to work muscles in those areas for when we lose the fat we want to have abs and arms of steel. LOL!

Let's make it a goal to do them even if 10 a day. We have to start somewhere and we can always build our endurance. Remember come here each time you do them and tell us what you did and how many.
