top weight: 2008 - 139kg = 306lbs = 21.8stone
goal weight: new years 2010 - 63.5kg = 140lbs - 10 stone

weight as at 27 jan, 2010: 121kg = 266lbs = 19.0 stone
weight as at 10 feb, 2010: 116kg = 255lbs = 18.2 stone
weight as at 24 march, 2010: 122 kg = 268lbs = 19.2 stone
weight as at 28 march, 2010: 121 kg = 266lbs = 19.0 stone
