COngrats on all the losses. I am down 1 pound this week. Yeah. Hopefully the scale will start to move. I am so obsessed though with weighing myself everyday. I think that is my downfall. I have been exercising consistently for 3 weeks now and I want that damn thing to go down so I weigh myself all the time. I am going to try to not weigh myself until next Wednesday and then see how I do. Have a great night.

Gain of 3 this week. YUCK. I am bloated and have been exercising consistently for 2 weeks so I am hoping and praying that my body is adjusting to the new movements and next week will be much better.

No pounds off this week. Having a hard, rough week. Put me on an island by myself and I could have this weight off in no time. LOL! The stress does it to me! Everyone seems to be driving me CRAZY this week.
