COngrats on all the losses. I am down 1 pound this week. Yeah. Hopefully the scale will start to move. I am so obsessed though with weighing myself everyday. I think that is my downfall. I have been exercising consistently for 3 weeks now and I want that damn thing to go down so I weigh myself all the time. I am going to try to not weigh myself until next Wednesday and then see how I do. Have a great night.

Think "impossible" and dreams get discarded, projects get abandoned , and hope for wellness is torpedoed. But let someone yell the words "It's possible," and resources we hadn't been aware of come rushing in to assist us in our quest. Gain of 3 this week. YUCK. I am bloated and have been exercising consistently for 2 weeks so I am hoping and praying that my body is adjusting to the new movements and next week will be much better.

No pounds off this week. Having a hard, rough week. Put me on an island by myself and I could have this weight off in no time. LOL! The stress does it to me! Everyone seems to be driving me CRAZY this week.
