I did not have time to log on and submit my weight yesterday but I have lost 1.5lbs. Not a big loss but a loss none the less. Yeah!

The last time I weighed myself (Sunday) when I started eating right and tracking again I was 228 which is 1 pound up from my last weigh in on here which I am relieved for because it could have been so much worse. I am not happy with it but I'm gonna let it go and do something about it!

Was 221 lbs. now am 219.6 lbs.

I believe that's a -1 lb. & 10 ounces.

In decimal points would that be -1.10 lbs???
