Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Which was expected. Even though I have been doing my exercises and all. I am not doing good at all stayin within calories and eating healthier. Something I need to really work hard at this new week.

Weekly Weigh-in.
