I am at 290.5 which is down 1.5 Yeah. However, I weighed myself Sunday too, and it was the same. That is ok though, just glad it didn't go the other direction.

Cinniemay, Keep up the exercise, it will pay off. Your body may just be adjusting to the new exercises. That has happned to me before. Keep up the great work.

Nope had a hysterectomy two years ago. I haven't been eating anything different. So I am hoping that it is muscle!

Cindy, maybe it's that time of the month? or you are building muscle or retaining water... Are you watching what you're eating? Salt.....

Marsha, One pound is good. Next week I hope is better. I need to work on my eating. Yikes!

So I was about 221.4 when I started our BL challenge. This morning I am 220.8 which is not even 1 lb. but oh well. At least it didn't go up. Next week will be better.
