I am at 290.5 which is down 1.5 Yeah. However, I weighed myself Sunday too, and it was the same. That is ok though, just glad it didn't go the other direction.
Cinniemay, Keep up the exercise, it will pay off. Your body may just be adjusting to the new exercises. That has happned to me before. Keep up the great work.
