i will weigh in jan 9 when i get back from trip,im leaving early sunday 4 everyone have a great week.

TO LOSE 1-2 LBS A MONTH

SHORT-TERM GOALS:

WORKOUT 10 MINUTES EVERY HOUR

WORKOUT WHEN STRESSED

My weight is up to 140, two pounds. I have just been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which makes it hard to lose weight and easy to gain. I am looking forward (for a change) to going to a specialist and get this hurdle straightened out.

Marsha don't feel bad. I have totally screwed up myself. I am back up at 221 lbs. =(

The truth is I have been feeling it all over my body. The stiffness and aching.

Now I hope that is motivation enough to get my ass moving. No Excuses!!!
