142 still the same from last week, i had the flu so i lost my appetite and i got it back.
STILL THE SAME 188.8,IM LOSEING INCHES
*( I WRITE IN CAPS BECAUSE I DON'T SEE WELL)*
LOSE 85 LBS
TO LOSE 1-2 LBS A MONTH
WORKOUT 10 MINUTES EVERY HOUR
WORKOUT WHEN STRESSED
205 down 2.6 pounds.
TOTAL LOST 60 POUNDS.
I have also lost approx. 15 INCHES.
