3RD GOAL IS TO LOSS 40 LBS
4TH GOAL IS TO LOSS 50 LBS
5TH GOAL IS TO LOSS 60 LBS


MEDIUM-TERM GOALS:

TO LOSE 1-2 LBS A MONTH

SHORT-TERM GOALS:

WORKOUT 10 MINUTES EVERY HOUR

WORKOUT WHEN STRESSED
