I'M HAPPY EVEN THE SCALES DONT MOVE. emoticon

288, one pound gained. UGH! I knew I would though and I am happy to say that I thought it was goign to be worse. It can always be worse. Today is a new day so I must make good choices and track all food and exercise. One day at a time. I can do it. Congrats to all of you who have lost. Way to go!
