I weigh myself this morning and am down about 2.2 lbs from when I started this. Probably may have been more if I wouldn't of missed the last 2 weeks of exericse due to being sick.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

I didn't lose any however I didn't gain either. Just stayed the same.

I weighed in at 224 this week down from 224.6 which I was glad about considering how the week turned out. I am going to have a good number next week. I am determined.

291.2. Last week, it was 289.2. I think the 2-lb. gain is the parting gift from TOM & his Aunt Flo.

Okay, for the first time in weeks I didn't lose. I actually gained 2 lbs.

I'm going to have to work really hard this week and be really careful . I've just been under so much stress and it's not over yet. If I had a gain I would have expected this coming week due to Thanksgiving. OH!!! Okay, I'm brushing this off and getting to work on counterstting it for next week.
