Hello members, Could I please ask you to along with your weigh specify if that is up or down for you in other words did you lose or gain. So we can be more accurate as a team how much has been lost and also congratulate you.
Posting a # doesn't tell us that.
Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
Short-Term Goal: *Drink my water daily *30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Okay, I just totaled up the total team loss for this week. And it looks like we came in with a total loss of 5.1 lbs as a team this week. Not everyone that weighed in last week weighed in this week though. And we had some that maintained or gained, but that's okay. This is a new week, we can do this ladies. Just keep on trying.
Good morning everyone! I can't remember what I weighed in at last week but I was just 226.4 two days ago and this morning was 224.6 so I am happy. On the downward spiral...in a good way. :) I am still doing my crazy binges at night...I've got to cut that out. Congrats to everyone else and keep up the good work! Jenn

Becky, you silly girl. Now, you know it doesn't work like that. Good luck when you go. RTMMPM-Aren't holidays the worst, getcha every time don't they. That's okay though. It happens to us all. Brush that off and work hard this week. Sure you'll do great next week.
