This morning I was 218. I am going backwards. Time to go FORWARD.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

I gained 2 lbs. back...but I lost 10 lbs. in the month of Sept. so I had a feeling it wasn't going to last....I am finishing traveling for awhile and plan on staying put...hopefully I can get back on track and work on "me".

Just wanted to let everyone know I'm down 3 lbs for the week. If I could do that every week it'd be terrific, but I know it won't happen. But it's 3 lbs closer to my goal.
