I'm afraid I have hit a plateau. I am still the same that I have been for the last 2 weeks, but I refuse to get discouraged.

Don't be afraid of trying and failing, be afraid of not trying at all. Trying leads to accomplishing. Accomplishing leads to success.

What a week. Last week I was 223 and today I am 215.5

When I travel I have water retention. My hands and feet are still a little puffy, so I am not sure what my real weight is.
