I weighed but did not measure last Sunday
the scale said 179, so I'm back to where I started

arrrrgh no pounds lost this week :(

HOWEVER

I lost 1/2 an inch from my waist and 1/4 inch from my thigh!

Neck: 13
Bust: 41
Waist: 35
Hips: 45
Bicept: 10.5

My weight actually went up about 1 lbs. but that is totally my fault. I only put in 2 days of workout and my water intake the last couple of days was not what it should be. But i began my 3rd week with a vengeance.

I was just looking at my post from last week and realized it was all wrong this is what it looked like:weight 210 no loss

bust-44, same :correct
neck-13.5, last wk 14 :corrct
bicep- :put nothing here, was 13
waist-13, same :WRONG, should've been45.5
thighs-26, last wk 25 :correct
hips-49, same :correct
calves-14,last wk 15 :correct
Now to this weeks post, see if I can get it right this week:::
Weight-209, lost 1 lb.
Bust-44,same
Neck-13.5, same
Bicep-13, same
Waist-45.5, same
Thighs-25, same
Hips-48.5, down 1/2 inch
Calves-14, same
