We need to get our team active and running again. I would like to start a 10% At A Time team challenge. This challenge will not have a deadline to meet. It is meant to help each other focus on smaller number of pounds versus the whole amount of pounds. I figure we can break it up into 10% increments. We all have different weights and different goals to reach, therefore I feel it's in our best interest to not have a deadline. The important thing is to not stay inactive any longer and move towards that goal ONE DAY AT A TIME until we reach it and than we recalculate and start over.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
Short-Term Goal: *Drink my water daily *30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk
