We need to get our team active and running again. I would like to start a 10% At A Time team challenge. This challenge will not have a deadline to meet. It is meant to help each other focus on smaller number of pounds versus the whole amount of pounds. I figure we can break it up into 10% increments. We all have different weights and different goals to reach, therefore I feel it's in our best interest to not have a deadline. The important thing is to not stay inactive any longer and move towards that goal ONE DAY AT A TIME until we reach it and than we recalculate and start over.
if you are interested please sign-up on this tread. Include, your current weight, your 10% based on your total current weight and NOT your total pounds you want to lose (there's a difference). Also share with us what your plan is going to be to reach your goal.
