We do cat stretches at the gym in class alot to stretch you back out. You get down on all fours and then you indent your back. When we do it we go from a cat stretch to a camel stretch.

I saw this on another team and thought it would be fun for us too.

Who is up for this challenge?

Goes like this...
I did 10 forward lunges on each leg,
I challenge you to 10 wall push-ups.

Then the next person to post will say:

"I did 10 wall push-ups,
I challenge you to 10 jumping jacks".

The next poster will do the challenge posted by the previous poster and challenge the next poster with a new challenge and so on! LOL

I think if we keep them light, It will be easy for those that work in offices to get in a little extra movement! LOL
