Who is up for this challenge?
Goes like this...
I did 10 forward lunges on each leg,
I challenge you to 10 wall push-ups.
Then the next person to post will say:
"I did 10 wall push-ups,
I challenge you to 10 jumping jacks".
The next poster will do the challenge posted by the previous poster and challenge the next poster with a new challenge and so on! LOL
I think if we keep them light, It will be easy for those that work in offices to get in a little extra movement! LOL
