Great Job CandyCane. I walked this morning for an hour, stretched for 10, and then completed some moderate house cleaning for about another hour. Maximum of calories evicted today!

This morning I woke up and struggled with the idea of exercising. Today was suppposed to be my day off but I did not work out Monday so I worked out today. Anyway I ended up putting in my Biggest Loser Cardio Max and ended up completing the Warm up, Beginner Cardio, and the Fat Burning Cardio portion of the video. I ended up working out 35 mins w/10 mins of stretching. I felt great after even though I was sweating like crazy. My face was so red but my endorphins were flowing and I felt great.

Great Job. I have been doing great! I did Walk Away the Pounds Walk Strong this AM. That video kicks ass! I feel so great after just making the choice to do something great for me. I look as it as my me time. I have the opportunity to do the best thing I can do for myself. Today while logging my video I found I have been classifying the WATP videos as just walks. They are actually considered aerobics, low impact. I went back and changed my cardio description to aerobics and ended up burning way more calories. I wondered why I always felt way more exhausted doing the videos as compared to just a walk. The videos incorporate so much more activity to keep you heart rate up and build endurance. I have almost met my exercise goals for the week. I am on FIRE!!!

I walked this AM about 50 minutes, 2.5 miles. I have been walking about 3-4 days a week. Unfortunately I have gained this week but I did splurge this weekend. I have continued to walk though so hopefully it will all even out. I just need to stay moving, that is my main problem. Hope you all are doing well. Keep up the good work.

I am the biggest slacker. I have not been motivated but I did walk a little yesterday. Not much though. I am making time today to do it and just get it done. I don't know why I procrastinate so much b/c once it is done I feel do good about doing it. Exercising makes my day so much better so why, why, why, do I put it off? I guess it is just easier to be lazy. NO MORE! I am doing it!

I have not posted in forever but I have been exercising.

Today-30 min. walk away the pounds and stretching after.
