I WATCHED THE BOOTCAMP VIDEO THERE ARE SOME MOVES THAT I CAN'T DO WITH MY BACK SO I WILL JUST WALK IN PLACE AND MOVE MY ARM FOR THAT 10 MIN VIDEO.

To do one of SP exercise videos, Bootcamp day 1. It is only 10 mins. You can do this additional to what you already do daily.
Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
