I WATCHED THE BOOTCAMP VIDEO THERE ARE SOME MOVES THAT I CAN'T DO WITH MY BACK SO I WILL JUST WALK IN PLACE AND MOVE MY ARM FOR THAT 10 MIN VIDEO.
