Drinking extra water, stretching, reading something motivational, taking a multivitamin, walking an extra 15 minutes daily...I don't know. Those videos are a good idea. I also like to write in my journal on here about struggles, accomplishments, etc..

This group isn't all about running is it? I could use a "Today I will" list. Say 5 or 10 items about what we plan on doing that day and the next day what actually got done. Seeing others lists and what they accomplished is inspiring to me; I don't know about other SPs.

Today's Challenge is.


To post here suggestions and ideas about things we can do for daily challenges. So we can keep daily challenges exciting, fun and not boring.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
