Drinking extra water, stretching, reading something motivational, taking a multivitamin, walking an extra 15 minutes daily...I don't know. Those videos are a good idea. I also like to write in my journal on here about struggles, accomplishments, etc.. Jenn

This group isn't all about running is it? I could use a "Today I will" list. Say 5 or 10 items about what we plan on doing that day and the next day what actually got done. Seeing others lists and what they accomplished is inspiring to me; I don't know about other SPs.
