It seems like some of us have gotten cold feet, including myself due to I got sick with the flu for over two weeks and for some reason now I feel tire all of the time. But we still have a few weeks left and we can still do some damage control.

We can still kick butt what is left in December to get ready for next Challenge starting in January.

Come on Teams it is not too late. Let's get back on our feet and finish what we started. We are not quitters we are overcomers!!!

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Each new day instead of posting a new message, simply CLICK the EDIT button on your previous post, UPDATE your post and then click on POST MESSAGE and it will resave.
