I have done little walking over the past three weeks due to a computer crash at work and putting in 12-14 hour days of work per day plus travel. I was shocked today when I looked at how many people have stopped posting. With not walking, I have not lost any weight, but I fortunately have not gained any back. I am not about to give up and suggest everyone strive to get back on track. For me there is nothing more relaxing that a good walk on the treadmill with my MP3 player on loud.

12/06/08 Today, I am hopefully back on track with 13,751 steps and I burned 750 calories on my 3.2 miles on the treadmill.

It seems like some of us have gotten cold feet, including myself due to I got sick with the flu for over two weeks and for some reason now I feel tire all of the time. But we still have a few weeks left and we can still do some damage control.

We can still kick butt what is left in December to get ready for next Challenge starting in January.

Come on Teams it is not too late. Let's get back on our feet and finish what we started. We are not quitters we are overcomers!!!

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

November 1 did 63 minutes of walking with my heart monitor on so I could keep track if I was going to slow.
