Today's Challenge,
Let's give it 100% of our selves today. Let's not make excuses, let's not just barely get by. Let's set standards and stick to them.
--Don't just drink 50 ounces of water make it at least 64 ounces more if you are exercising.
--Let's not just do our normal walking, let's actually do some POWER WALKING, get that heart rate up, sweat, make it count.
--Let's make wiser eating choices, watch portions, cut salt and sugars. Do not skip meals.
We Can Do This! It is the only way to achieve what we want.
Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk
