Done. I lost another 2 lbs. someone commented on my weight loss and I felt good today.
One day at a time, one step at a time, these pounds will come off in good time.
I AM STRUGGLING......THE PAST FEW DAYS HAVE BEEN ROUGH......UGH!

Good morning, today is a new day and I'm staying right on track. I hope that the rest of the day is great for everyone.
Today's Challenge is:
THINK POSITIVE!!! Let's turn the Can't to CAN and the Won't to WILL.
Let's tell ourselves we are STRONG, POWERFUL, DETERMINED, WARRIORS who will NOT give up.
Forget yesterday for it is gone, Forget tomorrow for it is not here, FOCUS ON TODAY! What can we do today?
Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.
Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk
