Jumping jacks and crunches done. Water-I've had 10 glasses so far...will have 1 or 2 more later.
Count me in! I already do all 3 as part of my daily routine.

Thanks for this, I don't have jumping jacks on my schedule for today, but I'll put it on, just to see if I can go that extra distance. (5km walk/run day)

I will do the crunches and drink the water
One day at a time.
I will try to do jumping jacks in the pool today. Can't do them with my knees. I will work on the water. I guarantee 8 glasses. Crunches hmm I will see what I can manage at the gym. First time back in 4 years. I have a routine set up.

I will be able to do the water and crunches but not the jumping jacks. Still recovering from knee surgery! I will do the top of the jacks sithout the jump if that is ok!
Today's Challenge is to drink at least 80oz of water and do your 50 jumping jacks and 50 crunches.
