Today it was a challenge to make a list of all the stuff in my head.
Categorys: house cleaning and decorating, spiritual commitments, long term items, daily fitness and food commitments, personal and service commitments, things that need to get done soon.

The lists are done.

I would like to live my life so that each morning when Satan sees me waking up he will say " Oh crap, she's awake again"

Today, I will do some cardio. I don't know how much yet, but at least 20 min. Today's a strength day so, I don't want to over do.

Ended up doing 20 minutes of turbo jam along after my strength training.

My challenge for today will be to do one of my WATP DVD'S.

Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk
