Long-term Goal: To overcome my hesitation and stay focused long enough no matter what happens in my life.

Medium-Term Goal: Reaching my goal 5% at a time.

Short-Term Goal:
*Drink my water daily
*30 min Exercise (and work my way up) 4 times/wk

Hello Team members

I hope you all are enjoying our daily challenges and weekly ones too.

Today's challenge is to find at least 10 blogs from your O.D.A.A.T. team mates and read them and post comments on them showing your support or feedback.

Let's support, cheer, and encourage one another. Let us show each other that we care, that we/they are not invisible.

This journey is not all just about the eating, exercising struggles but about the emotional struggles. Reaching out to each other, being there for others can and will probably help us learn that we are not the only ones struggling it can also help us see that even when we do not think so we are so blessed. You never know you may read something that can turn on that light bulb or you may leave a comment that can impact someone else ready to give up.

Let's make today not completely about us, let's bless someone else, encourage, support, motivate someone else today. Let's spread our spark!
