Just try to make it through the day. I've been struggling and on top of that I have to work tonight. Usually I only work in the day and sometimes work a double. But I never work just a night shift so I'm dreading it. My hand hurts for some reason and I don't think I'm gonna be able to carry trays of food because of it so I have no idea how tonight is gonna go. We'll see.

Emma, you are always up to doing something aren't you? I have been off the wagon sooooo bad the last few days, and am planning on working on looking at my goals again today to remind myself what I'm working towards to get myself going again.
