I'm not a perfect girl. My hair doesn't always stay in place and I spill a lot of things. I'm pretty clumsy and sometimes I have a broken heart, my friends and I sometimes fight and maybe somedays nothing goes right. There are two days in every week about which we should not worry, two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.
One of these days is Yesterday -- with all its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains. Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control. All the money in the world cannot bring back Yesterday. We cannot undo a single act we performed; we cannot erase a single word we said. Yesterday is gone forever. Hopefully you learned something.
The other day we should not worry about is Tomorrow -- with all its possible adversities, its burdens, its large promise and its poor performance. Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control. Tomorrow's sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds, but it will rise. Until it does, we have no stake in Tomorrow, for it is yet to be born. Hopefully you will learn something.
This leaves only one day, Today. Any person can fight the battle of just one day. It is when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternities, Yesterday and Tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of Today that drives a person mad, it is the remorse or bitterness of something which happened Yesterday and the dread of what Tomorrow may bring.
Therefore, seize Today. Carpe diem. Use what you have learned from Yesterday, remember what you hope for Tomorrow, and make Today the best possible day. Today only comes once.

There are many, and I have often used "One Day At A Time" throughout my personal weightloss journey!

However, I'll share another favorite: Count it all joy!

Consider it all joy, my brethren when you encounter various trial, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance...
James 1:2-4

...and consider reading further in James, wonderful verses for our lives! As weightloss is a key factor on SP, this verse has always reminded me that the Lord has allowed this weakness in my life, to help me depend on Him, to make ME stronger. I am tested in my perseverance and endurance, and through this it helps me to perfect, or actually more mature in my walk and decisions I make. Keep walking the walk and know you can do this, you can succeed with your personal plan, and win the race! ONE day at a Time! :)

Why Stay Active?
We've got 10 great reasons
There are so many benefits to daily activity, and they affect much more than your physical appearance. Here 10 great reasons to stay active.
1. People who exercise live longer, on average, than people who don't.
2. Active people have a lower risk of dying from heart disease and stroke, and they're less likely to get high blood pressure.
3. The more active you are, the lower your risk of colon cancer.
4. The less active you are, the higher your risk of getting type 2 diabetes. If you already have type 2 diabetes, exercise can lower your blood sugar levels.
5. In people with arthritis, moderate exercise helps reduce joint swelling and pain and improves mobility.
6. Strength-building exercise helps counter bone loss.
7. Exercise makes you functionally fit, meaning that it's easier for you to carry groceries, do chores and independently perform many other activities of daily life.
8. Because of the calming effect of exercise, active people are less depressed, and depressed people often feel better after they start exercising.
9. Exercise can save you money. If you can prevent serious and costly medical conditions such as heart disease, cancer and osteoporosis, you will have more money for your other needs.
10. Exercise can be fun! Many of the activities you did for play as a child count as exercise. Dancing fast, walking your dog, bicycling and gardening, all strengthen your heart and lungs.

The Ten Commandment of Permanent Fat Removal
