When I was doing Weight Watchers, one of the things that helped me stay on track was their vegetable soup, which was a very basic recipe. I used to have a bowl of it every day. Not only was it filling but it also helped me get a healthy serving of veggies every day!! I decided to start doing the veggie soup thing again and came across this recipe from Good Housekeeping, which is really cool because it also gives you seven different variations to use after you've made your basic soup recipe!! Please note, I realize that the GH website lists this as a "Soup Diet". We all know that "fad" or "gimmick" diets don't work! I am just suggesting this recipe as a wonderful addition to your current diet for the reasons it worked for me in the past! Here's the link:
