I LOVE the Biggest Loser and it has really motivated me to get up off the couch and start a workout routine of my own! I'm always excited when I see a contestant that has a body shape similar to mine or weighs around what I weigh b/c its like, "Hey look at her and what she's done in this short amount of time." I know I don't have 4 hours a day like they do, but its still cool to watch what's possible.
