I have watched Biggest Loser every season and I absolutly love it and look forward to it each week. I started last year a tradition that I'm keeping this season. I do sit ups and pushups during the show.....really try to focus on core stuff while I watch and then during the commercials I do little sprints of cardio.....jumping jacks etc. It makes me feel 100% happier when I finish as I used to snack during the show which is just silly! So here's to this week......love it!

This is the first season I've watched of BL and I'm hooked! I have to DVR it because I have bible study from 6:30-8 on Tuesdays, but I start watching it as soon as I get home! It's been a great inspiration to me.

I LOVE the Biggest Loser and it has really motivated me to get up off the couch and start a workout routine of my own! I'm always excited when I see a contestant that has a body shape similar to mine or weighs around what I weigh b/c its like, "Hey look at her and what she's done in this short amount of time." I know I don't have 4 hours a day like they do, but its still cool to watch what's possible.

Goals
1) 233 by 10/10/10
2) 230 (pre-preg weight) by 10/31/10
3)199 by 12/31/10
3) 173 by 03/10/11 (son's 1st bday)
4)160 (high school skinny)by 6/17/11 (my bday)

At first I really didn't like how harsh she was but I think she toned it down a bit after the first couple of shows. It's amazing how she gets right to the heart of the families' issues!!

I follow Jillian as well! I love her posts & tweets! I follow Bob too. His are great as well. Did you watch "Losing It with Jillian Michaels"? I have it on my DVR and have been catching up on it. It's SO good!

Totally! And watching the trainers in action and the contestants lose weight!

I've been pacing Jillian on Facebook the last couple of months and can't wait to see her in action again. She's been vacationing in Africa and England.
