I haven't seen a roll call in a long time either! Challenges are great :) I'm currently working on a personal challenge involving crunches, squats, pushups, and MILES (my favorite part :D) I'd love to join in a challenge if we start one.

I'm thinking we may need to start up a new challenge... What really got a lot of motivated last summer was, support buddies and fitness teams with goals of fitness minutes. Any other idea's please feel free to share.
