Not only am I trying to eat healthier and lose weight but I'm trying to do this on limited time with an even more limited budget. Now, since this is a team dedicated to fairly new parents, I get the feeling that there are alot of people in the same boat with me.
Anyway, I have found that www.kraft.com has some really great recipes that the ingredients are things that you probably already have in your cabinet or on your grocery list. There are alot of "kid friendly" recipes for picky eaters, and for the most part they are easy to "tweak" to make more diet-friendly as well.
I hope this helps someone... I love that site. Plus you can input a few ingredients that you have on hand and it will look through recipes to give you ideas of what to do with those ingredients.
