Good Morning! I'm glad to hear that you both got your exercise in yesterday. I did my 30 minutes at the gym at lunch, and another 20 on the wii fit last night. I also stayed in my calorie range, but just barely-one more calorie and I would have been over :D
I'm feeling really good today. I did get a better night's sleep than usual, but I also think my body is happy that I've been taking such good care of it lately! I feel stronger, slimmer, and just better overall. I love it!!

I am on my way out the door to work but I just wanted to check in and report that I did 35 minutes on the treadmill this morning and 30 minutes yesterday morning. YAY ME! This morning I did a couple of minutes walking backwards and sideways. You know what? IT'S HARD! LOL! I have a feeling I will be sore just from the little bit I did!
