Hi ladies :) I worked yesterday, and haven't exactly figured out how to squeeze in workouts on my work days yet...I HATE getting up early, so it's a big challenge. I did get a walking video done today and the bootcamp workout so I'm feeling pretty good about that. Hope everyone else has had a productive day.

Hi Mary Jane! Where is everyone today? I just got back from my lunchtime workout :) I ran for 30 minutes and feel great! I just ate a big bowl of veggies too. I am loving this healthy streak I have going.

Not much else going on here. It's very dreary and has been for a few days. We're supposed to get an ice storm tonight into tomorrow, with up to 3/4 of an inch of ice on trees and power lines, and that's not a good combo. Hopefully it won't turn out too bad, but it could cause a lot of power outages and downed trees.

So, anyway! I hope everyone is having a good day :)
