Hello Ladies!!!


Rebecca woke up fever free, so I'm crossing my fingers that she was ok all day at the babysitters.

Today was a long tiring day, I helped take the 5 and 6th grade to the natural history museum, it was fun but tiring.

I can't wait for the Grey's/ Private Practice show tonight, anyone else love this show!!!

Good Morning! I also took a break yesterday, but I don't feel too bad about that either as I had just done 7 days straight. I do however feel bad about the way I ate yesterday! YIkes!

But today is a new day, and I have very healthy plans :) I have all sorts of healthy food with me for lunch and snacks today, and will be visiting the gym at lunchtime. I'm also hoping to get in some strength training tonight on my Wii Fit.

I hope everyone is having a good day so far!

Hello,
I took a break yesterday because I got blood work done and and hooked up to an ekg (I think that's what it was called) but I have exercised every day with out a break for the last two weeks so I'm sure it's ok. I dont feel bad at all about taking a break!

After all the medical stuff I went shopping and had a spa day. It was Great!

Today back to work, my GYM holds an 1 hr Boot camp, I feel pretty good about with some modification and 8 months prego I can still do it.

Good morning all!

EA Fitness said I was supposed to take a break yesterday, so I did. It was an awful night- depressed, sluggish, got nothing done. Is this because I didn't exercise? I don't know, but I don't want to miss it again anytime soon! Next time it tells me to take a break I'll just use DDR or something different.

Good morning!! I just finished my 30 minutes on the treadmill and wanted to pop on and get today's roll call started before I head up to the shower. Hubby offically starts his new shift today so he will be taking the kids to school and picking them up! WOO HOO!!

PARKER1031, welcome to the team and congrats on getting started on some awesome habits! You are definitely headed in the right direction! Keep up the great work!

Gabby, how is Rebecca today? I hope she is feeling better.
