AMORRISON19, I am so jealous that your gym is so convenient!! I miss going to the gym. I'm hoping to renew my membership next year but until then I will just keep using our home gym. It's fine for now but I miss going to the gym!

I'm here today too :) No exercise in sight for the day, or the week for that matter. But next week I am going back to the gym! I luckily work practically in the same parking lot as my gym, and get an hour for lunches.

Eating has been pretty terrible today too, I had Wendy's for lunch. Hopefully I can have something healthier for dinner!

I think I am on my way to a better place in my life. Just got to wade through some bad spots until then lol. You are so right about the motivation. I've had such a hard time with it lately, but I know that eventually I will get there. No plans for New Year's Eve. Just sitting at home with my kids and probably my parents.(I'm having to live with my parents until I get on my feet.)

MOXY, when you are really ready to start exercising, you will find the motivation you need to make it fit into your life. That's exactly what happened to me. Ask Gabby...

I actually haven't been on here for a very long time. I am in the middle of a divorce, which has brought on more than a few big changes. I've gained a few pounds through this ordeal, but I'm trying to get myself back on track. Hope you all have a great New Year!

I'm bad with exercise. Ah well.

I'm going shopping with my mom today- not sure if we're bringing my daughter (19 months today) along or not. I would like to leave her with dad so that we can zip around, but we may take her depending on what Nana (my mom) wants concerning her granddaughter. I love that we're all on the school schedule!

Might get a massage today, which would be nice. Good luck to all of you out there!

Good morning SINGER73! Thanks so much for checking in! It's so great to meet another mommy! And congrats on your brand new baby girl!! Sounds like you are on the right track - good for you! The most important thing is to have a goal and a plan to reach it...just like your signature says! I love that quote..."If you fail to plan, you plan to fail" so, so true! I know you will figure out a way to fit in exercise. You have the right attitude!

Okay ladies, I'm done with my 30 minutes on the treadmill and headed up to the shower to get on with my day!

Baby is sleeping so I can check in quickly.

This week I started on focusing on eating 2000 calories and this is day 3. I stocked the kitchen with healthy foods and I'm doing well. Now I just have to figure out how to work in the working out. I'm going to do the sparkpeople bootcamp so that will get me moving. I'm not a member of a gym yet but I will be in a few months and I really can't wait to get back into the gym. It's been way too long.

Good morning mommies! Omigosh - it's 12/30/2009 and there are only two days left of the year! Isn't it just amazing how fast it goes??? There are only two days left of my workweek as well. YAY!! I'm so looking forward to the long week-end!

How is everyone doing today? If you're reading this, please do a quick response and say hello! Us mommies have so much to give each other. It's amazing what a little bit of support can do in your struggle to lose the baby weight...and more!

I am headed out to the garage for my daily date with the treadmill. Fingers crossed that there is no food at work today!
