Anything Justin Timberlake! 80's is fun, some country too. I have a wide variety from Tool to Taylor Swift to Falco, LOL.

One of my favorite work out songs, steady pace, beautiful voice and really gets u in the zone is this:

Motorcycle-As the Rush Comes (DJ Tiesto mix)
I recommend downloading this song.. amazing!

Then I'll warn ya if ya don't know...alot of mine is "screamo" type music since I'm also pretty eclectic in what I listen to.

I love the idea of listening to things that motivate ya, like Sexy Back..etc. I do that occasionally... I'll catch a song that REALLY motivates me and then watch out!

Great thread because my Mp3 player is screaming for some new tunes! It's nice to hear what everyone else listens to for motivation.

When I had a personal trainer, she always recommended having a theme song related to your fitness goal, like Sexyback by Justin Timberlake, Bootylicious by Destinys Child, Brick House by The Commodores...

I have been hiking in the woods with the baby, so I haven't been listening to music while working out lately, just enjoying the sounds of nature :)

Curious what is your playlist when you work out? Do you rock out or is it more mellow??

Mine is usually..

Monsoon - Tokyo Hotel
Best I ever Had - Drake
The Pretender - Foo Fighters
Hearts Burst into Fire - Bullet for my Valentine
All These Things I Hate - Bullet for my Valentine
Walk with a Limp - Tech N9ne
Riotmaker - Tech N9ne
They don't really care about us - MJ
The Kill - 30 seconds to Mars
Miss Murder - AFI
Lose It - Eminem
Viva La Vida - Coldplay
Two Become One - Atreyu

And occasionally some Lil' Wayne or David Banner might get me going....so what you listen to??
