I'm so proud of you girl! That inspires me to work harder! I'm glad to hear you completed your marathon!! I unfortunately, am starting to struggle. I weighed in at 143.somethin. BACKWARDS!!!!! Ugh, I cant believe I gained. I'm going to start tracking my food again, starting today. I dont have much time til weigh in. But I think I'll feel happy for you but bad for me if you get there and I dont get to 139. I want us BOTH to reach it. So here's the challenge. I'm logging my cals again, and I have to reach my cals burned on the exercise goal. Then hopefully, the Tuesday after next, I can see 141 finally! The weather is gonna get bad and holidays are coming up and then it will be even harder to lose. So lets focus!! I'll see ya on Tuesday!!!

I weighed in at 141.8, I just put 141 into my tracker, because I think I might be less, I weighed in on the wii with clothes and just subtracted the 2lbs, but I think I'll weigh in less tomorrow! That means I'm just over 2 pounds until I break out of the 140's! I'm getting pretty excited! Have a great day!

Wow! That would be so hard, I would love all those things, especially the peanut butter toffee crunch! I am not sure where I will be on weigh in day, but I know getting to 139 will be tough! Its so much easier when you have more to lose, but for some reason I struggle to get each and every pound off!
My first half marathon was awesome! I feel great and have a huge sense of accomplishment! I can do anything now! I'm not sure how I'll feel if I ever do complete a full marathon! I was so wiped out physically yesterday, but I get chills just thinking about it today!

I'm guessing I'm still at 142, tomorrow! I need to get back into weight training, that is the difference maker for me! Have a great day, pretend that your food is bad, very bad at work! or drink two glasses of water before you eat a bite, or just take one bite!

Definitely tell me about that marathon. But I kinda dont think I'll be passing you up this week. At wrk, they have given up strawberry shortcake, butter crunch toffee,and peanut butter chocolate chunk cookies. o.my.god. that is so hard for me to eat just 1!!! I have a sweet tooth thats been fairly easy to control but when you put sweets that I have never tasted before in front of me its damn near impossible! I gotta get back to my 1 day at a time thing, cuz this is killing me. Weighing in on Tuesdays since the month started on Tuesday. I REALLY dont want to be stuck at 142ish after all that hard work. Sept will be over b4 we know it and we have to hit 139. Its so close yet so far away! I finally totally get that phrase now! lol!

Hello!!! The apartment started because a 14yr old was playing with matches and caught his bed on fire! Everyone is ok, some animals didn't make it because of smoke, but just a big hassle!

Wow, that is tough to work in a place where there is constantly food, it seems like that at my school too! People constantly want to go out to eat or they bring in donuts! What are people thinking! I try to pretend that I'm highly allergic to the food and that helps!

That stinks that your routine is messed up too! You are still on such an awesome roll! You might be passing me up this week! I'm not sure what the half marathon will do to me, but we will see on Tuesday! I did weigh in on Wed, and was still 142.9, and then the next day it was 143, but I haven't blown it yet which is good!

I have full faith that we will both see a 13- by the end of this month!

Oh goodness! I hope everyone is ok! Do you know how it started?

Well, I am actually with you on the struggling part. Full time work has started and I can only go to the gym on the weekends and 1 wkday. which is gonna be kind of hard to for. and I have been struggling a bit lately. I work at Otis Spunkmeyer and they give out cookies every week. There is a food day every month! Yikes, I'ts gonna be challenging! But I totally agree! Lets make September the month to get into the 130s. That is the goal!!!!

Frm here on, my goals are to stay within ranges. Make the most out of my 3 day a wk gym workouts and try to get in an exercise every day.

Weigh ins on Tuesday, so we practically have a full wk. Lets try to hit 140 on Tuesday!

Hello!! Happy Tuesday! I will confess, I didn't weigh in, but I am pretty sure, I stayed the same of possibly gained! I'm just having such a hard time lately, with my apartment fire, and just fighting with dh, it has been crazy. My actual apartment is ok, but the building is not, and it smells terrible, because of all the water damage!
I am sooo proud of you! I didn't overdo it over the holiday, I suppose I could have done better, but I also could of done worse. I just have had the worse cravings for junk! Mentally I know, stop that, but I did give into a peanut butter bar!
So...my September 8- September 30 goal is to break into the 130's! I would guestimate my weight right now is about 143ish maybe more! So..I don't have a lot to lose to get to 139, however, I seem to go down and then up a little each week! My goal is to go down and stay down!

Nutrition goals:
Eat more fruits/ veg's
drink 60 ounces or more of water per day!
one sweet per week
one cup of coffee per day, use less cream and sugar
weight training 3 times per week(right now I'm at no times)
enjoy the last bits of nicer weather!

Good morning! I am still exactly where I was a week ago, 142, however, during the week, I went up a little and then came back down. I had a really really awesome spaghetti dinner last sunday and I just had a hard time recovering from it. I know that I over indulged however, it was home made and so good, I don't regret eating it and enjoying it. I should have just stuck with the spaghetti and not had the awesome garlic bread or had any meat balls, but seriously it was that good, a week later and I'm still thinking about it.
So, I'm officially going to be running a half marathon on Sept. 13th. Its less than two weeks away at this point. I am kinda contradicting what I said earlier, because I have been getting up and running at 5am!!!
I think for the next two weeks since I'm trying to get mentally and physically prepared for the 1/2 marathon that I'll not focus on a weight goal, but maybe more a maintaining goal. I do hope that Septs. is where I break into the 130's, I can't see why not.
Here are my goals:
Sept:
Run and finish the 1/2 marathon
Break into the 130's and maybe hold a solid 137 until October.
Oct:
Work my way into the 120's and focus on weight lifting more than running
Nov: Make goal weight of at least 125 and stay! Add cross training and give my legs a break for running until Mid Dec.
I don't want to lose what I worked for over the holidays at all, I won't give into those temptations. Any cookies I make, I will give away to family.
Wow, so that was long winded but it gets it out there for you to see too!

Oh yea, its actually 144.8. and I'm not sure if I want any more babies. At first I wanted 3, but now I may be happy with 2. And yea because I start work earlier I would also have to get up at 5am to work out, come home, get dressed, get kids dressed, go to babysitter...Yea I cant do that either. And work is a half hr away. So thats not happening. So workouts are gonna struggle a little bit and I'm still figuring that part out. But we cant let that set us back, we got goals to reach! And I'm really happy your my buddy too! We're gonna have an online celebration when we get to 130!!!!! Its gonna happen!

Hell yea! I'm so very proud of you! That is awesome news! So at my weigh in last week I got to 144. It was a missed goal but a lb down. I havent been on as much this week because I was busy trying to secure a better job. And I did! Instead of that 3-11pm shift I was about to start, I got a job 8-5pm! So happy to have a day shift! And so happy to have a job in general! Ya know what else? I can fit into some of my pregnancy clothes! This is it Gabby! This is the year the weight comes off of us never to return again!
Keep up the great work girl!!

I'm so excited to report! 142.9!!!
I went running for the first time in a while yesterday too! I got 4 miles in while pushing the babies! I'm not exactly sure what my pace is, but on average its 11 with the jogging stroller. I'm about to go for another run today, with out the babies, so i'll be interested to see what that pace is! Well I'm officially feeling great and excited about finally losing! This is the month! this is the month I see 13_!

Wow!!! So we are feeling the exact same thing with babies so close in age! Yours are even closer, irish twins?!!!!
Yesterday I finally broke me exercise break and did JM's burn fat boost metab. workout, it kicks serious butt and halfway through everything that could go wrong and make me stop, did and I kept going, even having to pause a lot!!!!
Teething is def. no fun at all! I always feel so bad for them, esp. when I want them to be happy and I peek into their mouth to see a huge tooth coming in. Do you want any more? I think now that I have two so close in age, I def. either want to wait 4-5 years, or to be done! Whatever happens happens in the future, until, I'm overwhelmed with two! I look at people with 4 and think they are crazy!!! My husband wants 4!!! I'm thinking, if he carries the next two!!! I get terribly sick and just hate being pregnant! Granted my last two were complete surprises and I was still in college trying to graduate with no money..lol! Maybe we can actually plan the next two! I know for sure, my mom will stop talking to me if I have another one anytime soon. Now that my son is a year, I do feel the baby bug but then I remember, how hard not getting sleep and how expensive daycare is and I think, I have a boy and girl, I'm blessed :)

I start work earlier now, so I would have to be up at 5 am to get in am workouts, that is un- Godly to me, so I'll have to get them in at night which is always tricky with a fam. anyways, I can go on and on! I'm so happy to have you as a buddy, this has kept me going and makes me want to keep losing!! Have a great day !!! I hope your new job goes well!!!

Hey Thanks! I do understand about work, I'm starting a job myself on Tuesday! I was a SAHM for a yr. So I'm a little worried about how my exercise is gonna go. Girl you are gonna get into the 130s for sure, I just know it! I'll also have a perma smile once I reach the 120s!! Your right, we dont talk about our babies! I actually have a boy and a girl who are both teething! My son just cut his 1st tooth a couple of days ago, and my daughter is getting her back teeth in and a 4th one in the front. My daughter is 16 months, and my son is nearly 7 months. I'm afraid I might be on less because of my new job. But I got to make time for it if I hope to keep losing. So we'll see! Have a great week! Great job on the weight loss!!
My lowest this week has been 143.2! Then last night, I had ice cream and weighed in at 144! So, I know its because of that, but I'm so stinken excited to be losing! I will admit, my exercise has fallen by the way side because of starting work again and just being busy, but I still need to run 3 times, today, tomorrow and Sat and do Jm's 4 times, Today, tomorrow and sat and sun!

We can do this! I hope to see the 130's by the end of this month, its less than 4 lbs to go! Part of me is even thinking, maybe I can break into the 120's! I'm going to be having a perma smile if I see that!
I know we never talk about our babies! How are yours, you have two , two girls right? My two are doing great, I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter and a 15 month old son! My son is teething like crazy and my daughter is going through the terrible two's a little! They are so different! Have a fantastic day! I hope now that I have time to sit down more at work, that I'll be on a lot more!

Hey! I weighed in at 145.8 .I take that as a 145! hehe. its good that you didnt gain any, and I see your ticker says a little less now so I guess there's some loss too! emoticon This week we were supposed to be doing 75 sit ups a day. This weeks goal for me is 143!

Awesome! That is definitely something to be excited about! I'm so glad you reached this weeks goal. I, on the other hand, did not reach the goal. Boo. I weighed in at 147.8 .I'm looking to get to 145 this saturday, as you should look to 142. Great job turning down starbucks, but remember that if you do get one, get a lower fat one. This weeks situp challenge is to do 50 situps daily. My plan for the week is 50 situps, push ups, and squats daily. Cardio 4x this week for 45 mins, and 20 mins 4x a week of strength training. My cardio and ST plans are pretty basic. I go to the gym and do 15 mins each of elliptical, treadmill, and stationary bike, and in the womens locker room I do 3 sets of 12 of leg raises on the captains chair, the seated thigh abductor and adductor machines. I also do 5 mins jump rope most of the time, i used to do 10 mins but I'm getting a callus so I slowed it down for this month. After my workout I relax in the sauna for 10 mins. Here's to a 2 lb weight loss this week!

Good Morning! Today I weighed in at 144.2!!! I'm pretty excited, I weighed in yesterday at the same weight, so two days in a row!! Also, over the past few days, I have turned down starbucks! We went for a really long run the other night. I did get my sit ups in too! Good luck! I hope you have a great weekend!!!

So glad to hear that your foot is feeling better!! I ran for 27 mins today, not in a row though, lol. I walked 2 mins, ran 3 mins, and I did that on the treadmill for 45 mins, lol! I got weighed at the dr. yesterday, and it said I was 147! Hope so, that would also put me 1 lb away! Definitely get in those situps, we'll have much flatter tummies by the end of this month! So you havent gotten below 144 since having kids? Great! Then this is gonna be the month that you do! 2 more days till weigh in! Let's drop these 1 lbs!

That's awesome! I have been bad about tracking, but I will do it now! I actually don't think I have eaten enough lately! I haven't ran yet, but my foot does feel better, so tomorrow I'll ran first thing in the morning! My goal is 3 miles too! Great job and congrats on being in a healthy range! I weighed myself on the wii again today, and adjusted my ticker, so I only have 1 more pound to get to 144! Actually, since having kids I haven't gotten below that! So if I can get there and lose more! Holy Cow, I'll be on a roll...lol

I'm finally in the healthy range! You know how you change your goals on the start page. Well I changed it to '140 lbs by 9-1-09' and thats when I saw that getting below 149 puts in the healthy range on the bmi chart! I'm at 24.7 and Overweight is 25, so I'm still really close to being overweight but hopefully by the end of this month I'm gonna be more away from it, no make that, by the end of this week I'll be away from it! emoticon

I'm sorry to hear about your internet, hopefully it works well enough that you can log your food. Ok, so if you weigh in at 146.4, I think all week you should think about 144 lbs. Take baby steps to get to the larger goal. Thats what I did with the 25 lbs I've lost. I took it by week, sometimes by day (if I was having a tough week) and the goal was always 2 lbs. It starts to add up! So just focus on getting to 144 this saturday, as I'm focusing on getting to 146. I did 3+ miles on the treadmill today and I jumped rope for 15 mins. Its a good thing that you saw how much your drink was, I definitely think logging cals puts how fattening some things are in perspective. Your tummy sounds like mine. Have you been getting your 25 in this week so far? My tummy has slimmed since losing the weight, but there's still a pouch, so there's a need for situps! We are going to be those women who have kids and look great! Did you end up doing your running? How is your foot doing? No, I dont plan my meals, but I log everything to make sure I dont go over in cals. And I plan if I see that I'm getting close to going over.

5 days left this week to lose 2 lbs! You betta not let me pass you in weight Gabby!

Hello! I've really had a hectic past couple of days and we kinda have the internet, intermitedly, if that makes sense. As soon as I get back to work, I'll be a lot more active on the site. Anyways, this isn't a true 100% sat weigh in, but yesterday afternoon I weighed in at 146.4. This seems to be my number I'm stuck at. However, I weigh myself on my wii fit, for a more accurate number and since I started to do this, I have lost about 15 lbs. The hard part for me to see, is that I haven't really lost anything since March!
My goal for this month, is to break into the 130's. I'm not trying to say 10lbs, but under 140! That would be a huge accomplishment for me at this point. One thing I'm going to be changing is my starbucks habit I looked online today, and the drink I love and have to get all the time, is 240 cal. and 25 grams of fat! In weight watcher point world that is 6 points, and if you only have 25 a day, that's like 1/4 of what you should get. Holy Moly thats bad.
I absolutely have a baby pouch. I also got terrible stretch marks with my first, and then with my second I feel like I have saggy-ish skin. I think it is worse than it is. Back in Jan. in one day, 3 different people asked me when I was due, and that was 7 months post partum! With my son, he layed to the side of my stomach, so it seems, to me, that my stomach is lop sided. I honestly don't know how some women have 4 kids and look great!
Anyways! I'm updated my ticker, and posting my nutrition.
Sorry this is dragging! I haven't been really good about my exercise, however, I will run tonight, even if I run in the dark, on the treadmill, lol :) Have a great day!

I'm glad to hear you created a work out schedule for yourself. And nutrition has always been my problem as well. This month we are going to be serious. Last month I lost 6 lbs, so 7-8 lbs should be what we both head for. I think you should weigh in tomorrow (morning, preferably, before you eat, but after moving around a little). and update your ticker to your weight. That way we can effectively see it go back down this month. I will do the same. We will do weekly goals of 2 lbs, so by the end of the month, we should have lost 8! That would put me in the low 140s! (that would be awesome!!) Our weekly challenge this week is to log everything we eat. Also, do you have the belly pooch from your babies? I do. And I wanna do something to help get rid of it. So I think that we should also have a goal of doing 25 situps everyday for the WEEK. then, the week after that, 50, 75, and 100 situps for the last week in August. That's gonna be tough, but if we did that, I guarantee much less of a pooch! We are gonna get down to 130 if we get serious on this! Lets make this our month! Hope to see you tomorrow!!

I think I lost and regained the same 2 lbs all month, so I'm where I started. I went running a little today, so i'm going to start slow, but my problem is nutrition anyways. I created a work out schedule for myself. If you want I can update how I do. Sounds great on all accounts!! 8lbs sounds great, they hopefully would put me well out of the 140's!

I'm not sure if I get that goodie...I guess we'll see at the start of August when we add up the weight loss. Ive hada bad 10 or so days. So bad I'm back up to 150! :(

Today I've got to get it back on track. I was doing so well and then I got too happy at 149 and slacked. Well since the 1st is on a Saturday, I think we should weigh in on Saturdays. So I'm going to weigh again this sat and start my 2 lb a wk loss from there. My goal is 8 lb loss for August. I'm sorry to hear about the latest injury! Wow, thats gotta suck! Well, I hope to be 149 by the 1st. We'll see how it goes, try to weigh in on Saturday an we will start from there. But that doesnt mean eat too much over the next couple of days, heha!

Good morning! I didn't weigh in this morning! But I'm sure that I'm exactly where I was last week, maybe higher! I love your August challenge idea! The tracking will help me, because I don't do it! I'll make my tracking available so if you want to check up on me you can! I have the worse luck lately with silly injuries. Last night, I was trying to put a hold through my sons sippy cup with a meat thermometer and punctured right through to my hand and it hurts so bad. I guess I didn't realize how sharp those things are. Funny in hind sight, however I kinda freaked out after it happened! We no longer have cable and now I don't have my exercise on demand so I have to get those dvd's somehow!
So...I can't wait to hear how you did, you get a well deserved goody!

I'm definitely down for challenges in August. I'm gonna be stuck at 149 if I dont stop slacking. I think we should do it by weeks in August. How about the 1st week be that we log every day AND stay within calorie ranges? Then maybe we can do an exercise challenge, a water challenge, and maybe all 3 for the final week! Hmmm, the water would be tough for me. But thats why its a challenge right? And we should set an 8 lb goal to reach. We'll weigh in on August 1st and go from there. Weigh in day would change to Saturday. Sound ok?

You are doing so awesome!! I'm so proud of you! Your in the 140's!!! That is amazing! I honestly haven't logged my food at all. I know when I used to do WW I would count points and that was the same principal. I did however make a really healthy dinner tonight. This month I have lost about 4 lbs, but have gained and relost them at least 2 times, this month. The key here, is if I wouldn't have let myself regain them, then I wouldn't be constantly trying to relose the same ones, and I might have been able to do 10lbs. Your right though, that is pretty big goal for 1 month.
I did run a little on my foot, it just is bruised badly, but the babies were jumping on it today, so it started to hurt again. You are doing so awesome!!!! There is one more weigh in for this month! I hope to get a lower number next week. Any thoughts, to a challenge for August?

Eh, it hasnt been a great week for me either. I've been slacking on the eating and only went to the gym 3 times last week. But the good news is that I weigh in at 149.4! But that's less than a lb loss from last week. I'm 5'5" btw. I'm sorry to hear that you've hurt your foot, but dont get discouraged. 10 lb loss in 1 month may have been a lofty goal, but maybe an 8 lb loss is still achievable? How much weight have you lost since July started? I've lost exactly 5 lbs. Less than planned but I shouldnt complain. Let's see, I hear that when you get at a standstill, that you should drink more water and change up the exercise. Maybe hurting your foot will give you the opportunity to do exercises that dont involve the feet as much. Also, do you measure inches? Maybe if you didnt lose weight, you lost inches. Do you log your cals? I do. I know I will overeat if I dont. We just need to take this a day at a time, anything is possible if we do. I believe you can lose the 20 if you really tried. (Heck I have another 25-30 to get to my goal). And when you think about how much it means to you, you will also maintain. It's so hard I know. Trust me, do I know! I've tried to lose weight so many times before, but this was the time that I decided to get serious! I have never lost this much weight before (24 lbs so far!) and I am so proud I passed up all that food to feel as happy as I do now about it. (even though I have a ways to go). Dont give up. We all have bad days(even weeks!)...just a day at a time.

Good Morning! Well I weigh in, 145.7 again! My weight is going on a pretty crazy roller coaster due to my eating. The good thing is, it is consistant, the bad thing is that it goes up and comes back down a lot during the week. I know that I was up to 149 by sunday and each day since I have slowly gotten back down, I think tomorrow will be even more and then bam friday will hit and the cycle will start again. So...I am doing everything I can to stay on track and get back. I don't think its possible for the 10 lbs, but I would like to lose 3lbs for next week. That would take me to 142!!! I can't wait to hear how your doing!!!

Hey!!! My internet has been sketchy, so I'm sorry to take so long to respond! I have had a rough weekend too. We went to a festival and I ate alot of junk. Then friday night, I got hurt at the softball game I was playing. I took a ground ball to the foot. So, I haven't exercised since. I weighed myself this morning and I'm sadly up 2 pounds already. So, if I can get back to 145, i'd be happy. I'm stuck, I get to a certain point and hang out there for awhile it seems. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my little foot injury or the point in my cycle, but I'm so down lately. I am making such a big deal out of everything. Maybe I just need to drink more water, or maybe my nutrition just had that much to do with it all. My foot is feeling better, so I hope to get back on track tomorrow.
Wow this is pretty long. I hope you get into the 140's too. I don't remember if you said how tall you were, I'm 5'2. The bmi scales thinks I need to lose another 20 to be at the best weight, but I honestly don't think I could do that, and don't think I could maintain. I stopped exercsing and ate bad and bam 4 lbs came on. We can do it. Maybe we should have gone with 10lbs in 2 months...lol

2 days till weigh in! And I had a rough weekend. We went to the zoo and I had funnel cake, and cotton candy. Then Sunday, I just completely took the day off. I didnt overeat too badly but I didnt log my cals so who knows. I'm gonna have to really make it up these next 2 days. I really want to get into the 140s so badly! How have you been doing?

Good afternoon! I weighed in today at 150.6! Uh oh, we are only a 5 lb difference, dont let me catch up to you, hehe! I weigh myself 1st thing in the morning bcuz I heard on this fitness show that's when your weight in most accurate. Because there is no food in your body to fluctuate it. I hear weight can fluctuate as much as 5 lb in 1 day. I've lost 4 lbs since the month started, and getting into the 140s is going to feel AWESOME!! But I dont think I'm going to hit a 10 lb loss..but I'm going to be thrilled with an 8 lb loss. Half way there, its already the 15th! Ya know, I did what you did before too. Before I had my kids, I got down to 133 from 147 and got too happy and ended up gaining it all back! So this time I know better...we dont wanna go through all this hard work for nothing! Next weeks' goal is 148. Lets make this week a great one!

Happy Wednesday!
You are totally right about making sacrifices. I think that I thought, wow 144.6 ( I weighed in the next day) and got excited and said, I can do it. I know that it was not a smart choice at all. I have also been slacking with the workouts too. I can't even remember the last time I did a JM's. However, I did jump on the wii fit alot this past week.
So...I weighed in at 145.7, which is .4 up from last week, however, I weighed in at 147 two days ago, so in two days my body has been trying to bounce back. Also, I try to weigh in first thing in the morning, but I think my lightest seems to be mid afternoon, it totally doesn't make any sense, but thats when it seems to be.
So..next week, I hope to weigh in below 143. I have 7 more pounds to go by the end of this month!
It makes me nervous to get to those weights because I haven't seen them in years. Ihope you have a good week. Can't wait to hear how you did too!

Yea, I love my gym...uh oh, so you've had a rough week huh? Remember by August 1st, we were hoping to be 10 lbs lighter! And yes, though I'm sure you probably dont want to, you do have to weigh in tomorrow! emoticon

Its ok to forgive yourself, but remember, we are working towards a goal here, and I'm sure that pie didnt taste as good as getting into a slimmer size will feel! Next time, take a small piece of pie and WALK AWAY from the rest. Its great that you went on that jog, so hopefully you didnt gain. But we want to LOSE, so sacrifices will have to be made (ahem, such as pie..or at least big pieces). I'll be checking in tomorrow. Good luck!

You are on a roll!!! Zumba does sound like fun! Your workout place sounds like a real motivating place, and they play movies!!! I would never stop!!! My weight has fluctuated alot this past week, I think I'll be at the same as this past week. I weighed in at a low of 144.6 but then I have been up ever since. It doesn't help that I made pumpkin pie and pretty much ate half of it by myself. It was so good but sooo not worth it. I did take the babies on a 4 mile jog yesterday in the jogging stroller.

Thats great that you lost more than you wanted! sounds like your own pace with that 10 lb goal! Um, I'm confused on my weigh in. I weighed myself sunday which is my usual weigh in day and today. Sunday said 153, today said 151.4. I just dont believe I lost an extra 2 lbs in 3 days when I've only gone to the gym once. So I'm not totally sure what I weigh. I think I'll just stick to weds weigh in.

Zumba was fun btw! Its just a bunch of latin dancing, and by the end of it. I was pretty tired. But then, the movie room was showing a film i wanted to see, so I exercised an extra 30 mins in there! Today I'm going to a belly dancing class. I need to work on my core!

That's awesome how you stayed right on track even through the holiday's!!! I'm honestly not too sure, I didn't log anything in. I did eat better and I didn't drink anything except water and one pepsi. Exercise wise, after all that Jillian Michaels, I took a little break from it for a few days. I'll be back on today! I weighed in today below my 2lb goal which I pretty excited. 145.3 according to my wii fit, the most accurate scale I have right now...lol my other scale will keep changing what I weigh depending on where it is on the floor!! Hey! Celebrations wise, the 4th was lame. But more importantly, food wise it was great! I stayed within my cal ranges and I'm pretty proud about it. How did you do with your eating? Were you within your ranges? I'm trying out a class called Zumba tonite. I heard it was very cardio intense. I'll let you know how it goes!

Hello! I hope you had a good 4th! We just went over to my aunt's house and watched some pretty good at home fireworks! My daughter (2yrs) and my son( 1 yrs) had a lot of fun too! They get kinda crabby when it gets too late, so I had to leave as soon as the fireworks were over! I plan on going for a run today with them in the jogging stroller! Its almost been a week since I ran last! Have a great day!

We can stick with Wednesday's, since that was the day we started on. I can't believe the weather, its kinda hurting my swim lesson business. I teach private swim lessons, but they are outside, so when its cold they get canceled. Well.. both of my babies are down for naps, so I'm thinking its time to get some exercise in! I love Jillian Michaels and they have her on demand on the exercise channel. Today I'm doing boost your metabolism. Have a great day.

Yea we'll definitely make it a big goodie! Ok, great! So what will be your weigh in day? Gotta have one, it'll probably keep you motivated to see the weight falling off weekly. I'm 154. I'll be working extra hard to tie or beat you with that 10 lbs, haha! I want the big goodie! Hehe!

Happy July!!! Ok I weighed in today and my weight is 148! I want to lose 10 lbs this month, so July 31st, I hope to be 138!!! I think that's great idea for the spark goodie!! A big spark goodie at that!!
I didn't get my early morning run in and I was awake and everything!! Bummer for me, but it is unseasonable cold today so I will def. get it in later, with two babies in the jogging stroller!!! Have a great day!!!

Thats great to hear! It's keeping me motivated too! Congrats on your run! That must be such an adrenaline rush! I'm slowly working up to running more. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow. I want to document how much weight I lose in July. Keep up the great work and let me know whats gonna be your weigh in day so we can try to lose a lb or 2 every week. That's a great idea!!!
I do actually weigh myself a lot but never set an actual weigh in day! My home scale really kinda stinks, but I used to use my wii fit a lot and went by that one! I'll have to dust it off and get back to it! I'm pretty happy to report that I ran at 8am this morning and kept going! I ran 4 miles in about 42 mins, and ran 2 of the miles in 10 mins! I did alot of extra strength training, so I know i'll be so sore tomorrow!
Congrats on being so close to 20lbs lost, you must feel great!!! I think getting up early and getting your workout in is the best thing! Have a great day!! Chatting here, really is motivating me to work out more, so thank you for being my buddy!!!

I set a goal to hit every weigh in. Its usually 2 lbs. Its worked for 18 lbs so far! So my goal this week will be 153 lbs. For the week, I get to the gym around 730-8a and i do 20 mins strength training, and 40 mins cardio. Another goal is just to stick within the cal ranges every day, which is my biggest challenge. But I really need to get to 153 to mark the 20 lb loss and buy myself a gift!

I actually don't have a specific weigh in day! I should pick one and stick to it. I think I'll go with Saturday, that way if I have a rough weekend it won't be skewed. Do you have a workout plan for the week? My plan for next week is to run at 7am at least 4 days. I also hope to follow the weight lifting created by spark! Have a great day!!!

Gabby! My girl! I'm so sorry! I dont know why I was waiting for a post on my sparkpage or something! How have you been doing? Lost any weight since the BS (Uh, thats buddy system, hehe) was started?

I had a rough beginning 3 days of this wk, but I'm getting back on track today. I got on the elliptical for 65 mins and burned 543 cals! Here's to not overeating!!
