Hi Crystal! Sorry I am just now replying. I am currently living in Japan (DH is in the Navy). We have just arrived in Florida after 4 days of travel, so I was away from the computer for a while.
I know it's really hard to eat right and get in your exercise when you're so busy. It was really hard traveling and eating healthy.
I am prepared to get back into a journaling like I was before we started out trip. I keep a journal of everything I eat (calories, fat...and Weight Watchers points), drink and my exercise. Before I left, I usually only got about 3 days of exercise in b/c I was too busy (excuse maybe) with my three boys (8, almost 4 and 2 months). But I will be staying with my parents for 3 months and plan on walking, running, swimming, spinning and strength training! I can't wait to get started so I can see the pound drop and get into some smaller clothes!
