At least you're eating well. That I'm slacking on. I can't seem to eat well or consistently being away from my own kitchen and my routine. I'm sure you're getting more activity than you realize with little ones. Have a great rest of the week!

the week has been pretty good, yesterday I babysat two little boys so I was carrying my 20lb boy and their 12lb boy around the house at the same time so I count that for something! Today I havent gotten a work out in but I have been painting today so I have been getting some of an arm workout. Other than that I have been kinda lazy, but I have been eating well.

Hi Crystal! How's your week going? I got a workout in early this morning, so I'm feeling good...just tired. Eating right is a little difficult because I'm really wanting to eat all the things and at all the places that I've been missing out on over the past year while in Japan. I'm hoping I can begin to resist and keep up the workouts. Hope you're having a great week!

Hi Crystal! Sorry I am just now replying. I am currently living in Japan (DH is in the Navy). We have just arrived in Florida after 4 days of travel, so I was away from the computer for a while.

I know it's really hard to eat right and get in your exercise when you're so busy. It was really hard traveling and eating healthy.

I am prepared to get back into a journaling like I was before we started out trip. I keep a journal of everything I eat (calories, fat...and Weight Watchers points), drink and my exercise. Before I left, I usually only got about 3 days of exercise in b/c I was too busy (excuse maybe) with my three boys (8, almost 4 and 2 months). But I will be staying with my parents for 3 months and plan on walking, running, swimming, spinning and strength training! I can't wait to get started so I can see the pound drop and get into some smaller clothes!

Here's to a good week for both of us. Shall we both eat nutritiously, be active and drop some pounds. I look forward to seeing how your week is going. TTYS

Hey this is Crystal, Not really sure what all we do here with our buddy, but I guess I will tell you want I am working on. Right now I am trying to eat healthier and lower calories, and adding workouts to my day. I have a 10 month old son, and we are remodeling our home, so my time is streatched between all this and more! I guess let me know what your goals are and we can encourage each other too keep going!!
