oh hey my internet has been down, but now im back. :] good 2 be buddies. i got wii active 4 my bday. im tryin to use it for 20-30 min per day. so far it been good. i hope to lose 2 inches off my hips and waist by the end of this challenge. what type of exercise do u do?
Hi there COLE060783! I am psyched to be your buddy. Let's cheer each other on for a great month. I have a 5 year old son and an 11 month old daughter (who I'm still breastfeeding). My husband and I both work outside the home, so it's the hectic balance of family and careers. I have been struggling lately with a plateau, but just this morning went down a pound. Today, I stayed within my calorie range and got in a great workout this morning with 30 DS! I even got to have a little chocolate ice cream treat at the end of the evening. It's nice to have enough cals left at the end of the day to treat yourself, but sometimes I'm just too hungry during the day to "bank" any calories for dessert. I find that when I'm breastfeeding, I definitely am hungrier than normal. I eat between 1800 and 2000 cals and try to burn at least 200 cals per day through exercise. Can't wait to get to know you better!
