I so sorry to hear about your father. I guess it has been a bad month. Keep your up you will make it. I started back to work last week and I work 12hr shifts so it has been hard to get fitness in but I have been trying to eat better at least. Which seems to have kinda worked I lost 1lb.
Apologies once again...it's been a rough month. My dad died suddenly last week so I've not been online much at all. He had a heart attack at the age of 59...talk about MAJOR motivation to keep up the fitness/nutrition goals! Today has been good...I worked out on the elliptical this morning and then took the baby for a walk with a couple of girlfriends. Here's hoping the rest of the week goes as well.
I hope things are going well on your end. me I was doing good but I had to go back to work and things started sliping and im so tired so once thing get adjusted hopefully thing will pickup and i will have the energy
Thea, I hope your mother-in-law is ok. And you finally get time to work in some work outs. I was doing ok but yesterday I just was tired and took a break and then today Izzy just wants to be held which makes it very difficult to d anything hope things are going better at your end.
I was also thinking that we should do a weekly weight in monday works for me if it works for you figure start of a new week. Let me know we can also comunicate thru spark mail if that works better for you
