I so sorry to hear about your father. I guess it has been a bad month. Keep your up you will make it. I started back to work last week and I work 12hr shifts so it has been hard to get fitness in but I have been trying to eat better at least. Which seems to have kinda worked I lost 1lb. emoticon

Apologies once again...it's been a rough month. My dad died suddenly last week so I've not been online much at all. He had a heart attack at the age of 59...talk about MAJOR motivation to keep up the fitness/nutrition goals! Today has been good...I worked out on the elliptical this morning and then took the baby for a walk with a couple of girlfriends. Here's hoping the rest of the week goes as well.

I hope things are going well on your end.
me I was doing good but I had to go back to work and things started sliping and im so tired so once thing get adjusted hopefully thing will pickup and i will have the energy

Well its monday a new week a new start. Last week I did ok. My weight is 165 which means I didnt gain which is wounderful now I just have to start loosing

Thea, I hope your mother-in-law is ok. And you finally get time to work in some work outs. I was doing ok but yesterday I just was tired and took a break and then today Izzy just wants to be held which makes it very difficult to d anything hope things are going better at your end.

Michele! Sorry for being such a horrible buddy so far. My mother-in-law had surgery earlier this week and life has been a little crazy -- she's our regular childcare provider.

My name is Thea, and I have a 6 month old son, Rhys. He's wonderful, though he's recently decided against sleeping through the night again. Fun.

I'm excited to get into a good routine to lose this weight from the pregnancy, plus a bit more to get to a healthy weight.

Monday weigh-ins work fine for me. Right now, my biggest goal is making exercise a priority and getting into a fitness routine.

Either the discussion board or sparkmail work just fine for me for chatting! I look forward to getting to know you:)

I was also thinking that we should do a weekly weight in monday works for me if it works for you figure start of a new week. Let me know we can also comunicate thru spark mail if that works better for you

Thanks, Hi new_mom my name is michele I'm also a new mom to a baby girl izabella 3 months old. I guess listing our goals for the month would be a good start This month I'm working on exercising more and try loosing the 5lbs i gained since I had my daughter. SO let my know what your goals are this month and we will make it together emoticon
