Okay ladies, I've been slipping in this department lately. Granted, my eating habits have not slipped, just the habit of logging what I've eaten.
Basically I'm good all day but when it comes time to log a new recipe I've made, I don't want to take the time to do it. Well, that and it's hard to FIND the time with a newly crawling baby in the house!
So some support and extra motivation is needed for me! I also challenge you to get out there and log your food!!
