New goal, since there's less than 1 month left. No way was I gonna lose 14 lbs by New Years Day. What was I thinking?! It's more realistic to try and lose 3 more lbs this month.

Ooh ooh! My goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of the year, putting me at 145. I'd love to lose more, but I'd be perfectly happy achieving this. I also want to continue my new habit of running most mornings.

I have two smaller goals between now and the end of the year. One more pound until my next goal which I plan to reach by the end of the month (could be by the end of the week!) and my next goal is to be at 140 (my pre-pregnancy weight) by the end of the year.

We have 3 months left until the new year...who wants to make goals to reach by then instead of waiting for the new year to get here to make those goals?

My BEFORE NEW YEAR goal is: to lose a min of 14 pounds (1 pound per week till then) My more aggressive goal would be to lose 30 and reach my pre-pregnancy weight of 160.

I can't believe I am down over 70 pounds since last year!
