My goal for March is to make a conscious effort to eat cleaner. I'm trying to eliminate processed foods from my diet. Not just to lose weight but to be healthier and see if it helps me feel better emotionally, mentally, etc.

What are your goals for March? I really want a Nike +, so my weight goal is 170 (not necessarily in March, just whenever it comes) and my reward is going to be the Nike +. Gotta love my supportive hubby who's okay with that.
Weekly goals-tracking food 3 days a week, working out 5 days a week, and getting 5 things done around my house each week. reward = music downloads (1 or 2 a week) from amazon. I've got a running wish list of things I want to get! And although I'm not tracking this, I'm really trying to read my labels and stay away from all those nasty preservatives, plus eat onions, beans, and leafy greens on a daily basis.
