Ok, so i made up some of my minutes today for slacking the last 3 days. My minutes for this week so far are 115, and for the month so far is 540. I know, they're pretty lousy, but i'm done slacking now that i've regained my energy after being sick. Keep up the good work all!!

Okay, better do it while I can...

Go to "Edit My/Your Spark Page" and at the top of the screen on the right hand side there is a list of "More Options:". Make sure the box next to "Share My Fitness Tracker" has a checkbox in it!

I have to admit, I'm somewhat of a newbie that has yet to reply. My name is Jennifer and I have a beautiful 8mth old daughter. I have only 10lbs of the baby weight to lose but need to lose the 30lbs I should have lost before I got pregnant. My body needs to catch up with my mind on this healthy lifestyle journey. I'm doing really good eating wise, I just can't seem to get moving and get to the gym. I hope taking this challenge will motivate me!

Okay ladies, time to get this team moving (literally)! Only 4 days left of February and, I don't know about you, but I'm feeling the Winter BLAHS! How about a team challenge? I'll divide all the participants up into three teams and the team with the most fitness minutes in the month of March wins! All the winners on the winning team will get a Team Spark Goodie (and bragging rights, of course)! WOO HOO!!
