ok! summer is over and I need to get back on track!!!!! back to working out five days a week as well as tracking my food.....i have to start doing the bathroom challenges as well!

I will try to do more then the bathroom challenges (not that they arent good) but i need to start doing a little more to mave the weight

Limit my carb intake (stay with in limits)
2-3 time (20 min) jog a week

I will share my results with all of you everyday to keep my self in check and if I fall off the wagon you can give a little jolt in you know what emoticon
