Well, as you read in my blog I am finally feeling motivated again. Moving really messed me up, but I feel confident that I'll be good for a while.
I know what you mean about exercise, before I moved, I depended on it so much. It made me feel accomplished getting my exercise in everyday.
My kids are going back to school next week, so I am hoping to get some kind of routine going on, I have just been all over the place this summer.
I have heard of people have trouble getting their calories in. I, personally, never have that problem, but the opposite, lol.
So, how long have you been on this journey? How long on spark? Did you try any "diets" before coming to sparkpeople?
