Well extreemly disappointed with my weight-in this morning! I have put back on the 2lb that i lost last week. I weighed back in at 170 this morning! Well i am just going to have to try extra hard this week, i feel more into it now and i feel that planning is the way forward for me!
So goals for this week:
~ To loose 3lb (that could be a bit ambitious, but i will try.)
~ To plan my meals each day (the evening before)
~ To go for a small run x3
~ To do 50 sit-ups every day
~ To do Yoga DVD
Well thats the plan anyway, but i really need to get committed to this now or i will never loose this extra weight if i just keep going up and down. I think that if i can manage to do it for a couple of weeks and i start to see good results i will be able to carry on. I really want to loose this 10lb for the Christening!
