lol I've had weeks like that... I showed up at a baby sitters house to pick up my daughter when she was at her nana's house. opps.

Tuesday was 25 mins on the treadmill for me and wendsday is a rest day for me (HAHA by rest I mean I don't work out that day cause we're so busy.)

ok well not sure what I posted or didn't! lol Thursday 30 mins treadmill
AND 15 mins strength training YEAH ME!
Saturday I had both sets of nieces and nefews(sp) which was a complete BLAST. We live in a very historic town so we went sight seeing PLEASE READ: walking and chasing kids - who ranged from my dd at 19mths (in the stroller thank God) to my niece who's 12 in total 4 adults 8 kids. WOW. I'd say we got a workout though. so I'm counting that for my workout on saturday 2 hrs walking. then home to crash lol. MUST. HAVE. SlEEP.
tomorrow is gym day.

yeah same here although I got 15 mins actual workout time in and I do ALL my shopping on saturday so LOTS of walking

HALLS143- there is a desk or office workout in the spark videos sections I think. can't remember what it's called.

I did another 30 minutes last night. my knee was bothering me some because of the shoes I wear to work an today it feels like I'm getting shin splits. anyone know what I can do to help this? its from walking in crappy dress shoes for work. :P I need to go shopping for shoes badly.

20 minutes of sprints on the stationary bike this morning kicked my butt! So I followed up with some strength training!! Hoping for a nice walk this evening provided my daughter is in a better mood!! :)~ She's teething and this one seems to be making her miserable!!!!!!

netflix keeps them under "sports" and you should be able to watch some of them online as well as renting them. a fact I LOVE about them. :)

I never made it to the gym saturday because of company but tomorrow is my gym day with my friend. hoping my princess goes to sleep on time tonight so I can get in a workout SOMEHOW at home.

You guys are doing great. I have a lot of minutes so far this month because of another team challenge I am on another team. My goal is cardio 5 times a week, I am still working on getting to that goal.

Gridmiche, great job on the 4 miles!

Legion, I used to workout at home all the time. I finally got a gym membership at the end of June. You can do it :)

Halls, I also have used netflix videos, it works out so good because you can have a variety.

July 1: 70 min
July 2: 45 min
July 3: 60 min
July 5: 10 min
July 8: 90 min
July 9: 75 min
July 10: 75 min
July 13: 25 min
July 15: 60 min
July 23: 45 min
July 24: 45 min
July 27: 20 min
Total: 620 minutes

I have been getting work outs when I can but like you Id rather be with my baby. I did cardio sculpt to day woohoo. The netflix idea is great I didn't realize they had work out videos. Lets go team!

HA! Thanks! I'm so sleepy at night when I get up early but I do usually feel better during the day when I workout in the mornings. I don't like to as much in the afternoons, I am lazy and would rather hang out with the baby!!
I have always hated the gym so I do most of my workouts at home, I use netflix to rent different videos, to try out!

No slacking!! :)

I'm supposed to be doing 5 days a week as well -ok my actual goal is to get some form of a workout even if its just walking around a store in EVERYDAY but that never happens lol. I WOULD like some encouragement to do workouts (like videos or something) while I'm at home and not able to make it to the gym. Mabey we can all fuss at each other if we see one of us slacking...

I didn't get up before work to exercise this morning :( ...had to be in at 7...but this is what I have done so far this month...

July 1 - 30 min exercise bike (am)
July 3 - 25 min walk (am)
July 5 - 15 min walk (am)
July 6 - 40 min kettle bell workout (am)
30 min walk (pm)
July 7 - 30 min exercise bike (am)
25 min walk (pm)
July 9 - 40 min Kettle Bell workout (am)
10 min exercise bike (am)

I could use some motivation to at least get in 5 days a week, that would be wonderful!!

HAHA ok so I didnt realize I was ON a challenge lol but that's ok cause I need all the encouragement I can get! Since july first my workout minutes are:
July 2nd: 45 minutes
July 7th: 45 minutes
July 9th: 30 minutes

if you check my tracker sometimes it says I only did 30 when I did 45... the tracker comes out differnetly then the tracker on the machine(s) I use so I count less.
