I know what you are saying. I have been wanting to exercise too. I push myself to go that extra mile. I am having a hard time losing the weight though. I did my measurements today and my hips are finally down 1/2 inch. My mom told me that she could tell I was losing. Unfortunately, my upper arm and thighs were up. I think that may be because I just started strength training? Because they feel firmer. I will not lose this battle as hard as it may be.

Hopefully I do. Its crazy but, I have actually been wanting to exercise. I sit at my desk all day just waiting to go home and exercise. I have been feeling so much better. I have just a few more lbs to go and i can start wearing some of my old clothes. I can't wait fo that day.

Sounds like you have a good plan going. I am still sore from exercising on the total gym 2 days ago. But it feels good. I think I am going to do it again today. I will just be happy to see some of this weight come off.

Exercise is what I have to work on. I use netflix and over the weekend I found out that I can play movies and workout videos on my computer. I plan on using some of those. I have all the Jillian Michaels one saved. I like her, she really makes you sweat.

I came up with a new plan. On Saturday and Sunday I will do cardio and one day during the week
( probably Jillian). Then during the week I can do strength traning. Once it gets cool I plan on taking walks with the family.

Nice to meet you Jessica. What do you like to do for exercise? I love to walk and have just started jogging. I also have just started strength training on my Total Gym.

Hello, my name is Jessica. I have one girl that is 14 months. I am still trying to lose the weight i gained from her. Only recently have I really started trying. Next year we will start trying to get pregnant again and i want lose just a few more lbs before that happens.

Hi! My name is Stefanie and I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old. Both girls! I am actively trying to lose weight but not getting very far. I am determined that eventually it will come off. I am not a quitter and I am NOT quitting at this battle.
